How to Set Up a message templates in W.A.B.O.I?

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well. In this guide, we will learn, how to set up a message template in W.A.B.O.I.

To setup a message templates, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Message Template section of W.A.B.O.I.
2.
Click the “Create Template” button.
3. Fill in the “Template” fields.

Let me go through the fields quickly for you for better understanding.

FirstName

This does not require any explanation. Here, you will provide the name of your template.

When you write it, it will be in lowercase without spaces, as this is the message template standard set by META.

Second – Category

In category you will have a dropdown contains Marketing & Utility. Select the category based on your message template based on its nature..

Third – Language

Select your message template Language based on your preference.

Now cones the structure of the Message.

First – Header

In this you have 4 different options, you can select any one for your message template.

It has:-

Text – Simple text-based Header, with a character limit of 60

Image – The supported format of an image is PNG and JPG.

Video – Only MP4 format is supported.

Document – This is the last option of the Header. Only PDF file format is supported.

SecondBody.

In this, you will write your message. The character limit for this is 1098.

Third –  Footer.

This is text-based with a character limit of 60. 

Fourth Buttons.

You are allowed to add a total number of 10 buttons in a message template.

1 for Phone Number, 2 for Website link, 1 for offer code, and 6 custom buttons. 

Finally, you can see the message representation on the right-hand side, after going through all the steps click on Create Template.

That’s it! Your message template is now ready to go.

In the reference image above, once you select the template on the right-hand side, you can view how the message will appear on the leads’ or customers’ WhatsApp.

When you click on Save, your campaign will be set for broadcast to your new or existing leads.
